I am trying to get from 160 to 130 by the end of May. I am walking around 30mins a day and drinking a lot of water.I try to eat healther.Is there anything that else that could help me lose the weight and be in shape. I have been doing this for a week now and I am still at the same weight. ALSO if anyone whats to be my weight lose buddy please e-mail me at collings@joplin.com

Hi, my name is Anastasya and I'm 17.
The thing is, don't expect fast results - be patient (it takes much more than a week to see the results). And also, you should exercise until you sweat (so 30 mins isn't really enough - do more).
What do you eat now? (and what did you eat before?)

about myself: I'm from Israel (immigrant, 2 yrs here), have a younger sister who's skinny, like sports, reading and eating and also am pretty lonely.
