Hey Everyone! i started my diet on January 1st and im down 18 pounds i was 178 and now im 160 :) yay! im so proud of myself i gotta get down to like 140 to be looookkiinn goodd lol this is my motivation..when i exercise i think of songs that remind me of someone i like and then when i hear that song i keep goin workin for that special boy and then when i get down to the weight i want i probably wont like him ne more and then i will say u oculd of had this yep u could of lol and then ill find a hotter boy lol just think of someone to loose weight for and then think of how good ull look in ur bikini in the summer! if u wanna talk aim me on xhollisterbabeex Mwahs! Omg I have been doing the same thing. The guy I like is really skinny...so when I exercise I play my fav. love songs n think of him. It's a good way to keep going. I just started my diet on March 10th, since then I have lost a total of 12 pounds. I am looking to loose 10 more by April 11th (easter). Thats awesome! I do that with music too, except I don't use boys at my motivation. I use showtunes, and I think to myself I need to loose weight to be this certain part! It sounds great! Keep up the wonderful work! Have a spectacular day! :-)
