I have been running on the treadmill for the past 5 days and I have not lost anything, i have gained two pounds. why am I not losing? I run around 30mins a day. I have bben drinking a lot of water, is it water weight?or am i doing something wrong? Please relpy soon

You might have gained 2 lbs because muscle weighs more then fat so you might have lose the fat and gained 2 lbs of muscle =D which takes up less space!

Maybe you also have to change your eating habits. If you are hungrier after working out and eat more than you won't lose nothin. So try to stick to healthier foods, low fat, not much junk stuf.

Hey! Running or walking on the treadmill will take the weight off. Although you will not see the results for probably about a month. But you will start to feel better and eventually you will be done with 30 minutes and not even be tired. Thats when you should start doing it for about an hour. I have also gained weight after I have started excercising. I am not sure why. But watch what you eat and do try not to snack on unhealthy foods and keep up the excercise and you will see the resuts. You'll be surprised!!
