Hmm, im not sure what it is but i cant loose weight, i drink a gallon of water a day total and i dont ever eat chips, choc, candy or any junk food. I eat heatly and only in portions and eat a ton of fruit and excercise alot because i play sports but its just not going away.. anyone have any other tips that might help?

you try sit-ups they work great it sounds like your doing everything right i was just like you mabe you should see a doctor i did and know im only 4 pounds overweight hopefully soon ill be right where i should be. (i was 34pounds overweight!)

You hit a point where you can't lose anymore weight through what you are doing. It sounds like you're doing everything right. There are now 2 things that could change this. One being, you need to eat more & in correct balance. A lot of people don't eat enough...or they simply dont' balance their meals. For example If you're eating mostly carbs throughout the day, then you won't lose too much weight. Same goes for protein & fat. This is why high protein diets are unhealthy and don't work too well. Make sure you're eating a balance of 40-30-30. 40% carbs, 30% protien & 30% fat. You need all three of these per meal to lose weight! If this is not the case the second possibility is that you need to start toning. Meaning, you need to get onto those weights! As long as you use light weights and do enough reps with short breaks, you don't have to worry about getting bulky. Muscle burns fat. With some weight lifting you'll find you'll have a nicely sculpted body (with or without bulk or too much muscle depending on what you want) and you'll look great!
