Stuff I ate today: Breakfast; Low Carb breakfast bar (4 grams), Lunch; 1 piece of low carb wheat bread w/ peanut butter, Snach; Slim-Jim, Dinner; Sausage w/ mustard. I'm on the low carb diet soooo what do yall think??

Yeah...if you just started the Atkins diet, then you should be on the induction part which is the first two weeks and you aren't allowed to have ALOT of the foods you are eating. I suggest going to atkins.com and finding out what foods are appropriate to eat! Good luck!

what phase are you on? just the beginning or..
because the food you mentioned is pretty high in carbs, its too processed.
