hello, i am about 300lb. I have started the atkins diet and have been on it for a full week now with no results. I am wondering if anyone else is in the same situation and hopefully can help me out of it! All I eat is meat like (unflavoured) all beef sausages, bacon, steak, beef, pork roast, some chicken and some hot dog wieners. I am hoping to add fish too. I WAS drinking about 3 cans of caffine free, diet 7up a day so I cut that out now--maybe it was the aspartame??

stop the atkins!!! eat lots fish!!! it totally raises ur metabolism. also just eat a lot of fruit and especially veggies
try this: morning i sm frui
snack: rice cake
luch: small salad with low fat dressing and tuna on it or mixed veggies
snack: small lowfat yogurt
dinner: fish and mixed greans and other veggies plus a amll cup of fat free milk
once u have lsot a little weight start goin on walks and work up to running

i am eating lots of eggs and cheese aswell as some veggies. i could excersize more...
