ok this is wat i usually eat each day (dinner is undecided)breakfast: a bowl of muesli with full cream milk. Recess: a mini tub of yoghurt, handfull of grapes and a peach. Lunch: 2 sandwiches and a plum or some piece of fruit. Water intake: i drink a bottle of water (1.5L) between all 6 periods. Afternoon tea: sandwhich and a piece of fruit and a bottle of water. Dinner; watever my mom makes me.

In order to lose weight, your going to have to cut down on your calories. Your breakfast is okay, I would just drink maybe 1% milk instead of full cream milk. For your recess you really don't need all 3 of those things, how about you pick one of them? For your lunch, I don't really think that 2 sandwiches is necessary. How about a sandwich and salad instead? And for your afternoon tea? You should probably just have a piece of fruit.

Oh yeh, any suggestions? btw, anything less than this and i usually get rather hungry.
