Hey everyone! I've done pretty good on my diet today. I woke up at 6 and got ready, 6:30 I ate a bowl of cereal and at 12:30 (6 hours after breakfast) I had school lunch which included a roll, potatoes with no gravy (left a couple of spoon fulls), chocolate milk, and a fist-sized turkey-steak thingy that was really good! Right after school (3 hours after lunch) I had an hour and a hlaf of power tumbling, and 3 hours later ate dinner which included rice with turkey gravy, corn, a piece of small beef stuff, and a glass of apple juice. Any other ideas?

you know if you eat six small meals a day you wil do better for your health and your weight loss. so why not try your cereal with soy or skim milk an orange 2 hrs after ur breakfast, than lunch carrots turkey sandwiche on whole wheat withskim cheese and lettuce hold up on the mayo dont use so much or mustard has no fat than have a snack a couple hrs later of an apple and milk then a healthy dinner split ur plate up with 1 part veggies 1 part meat 1 part carbs like a potato or spagetti -you know you can do it!!
