no- i think her breakfast is great for weight loss. bananas actually have less calories then apples and you need the potassium because you lose a lot when you're working out. you also neerd the yogurt for the calcium and good bacteria cultures. by the way- calcium helps you burn off more fat. good luck- sounds great! except- maybe try having only one fruit for a snack and add in more veggies...

hey! You definitely have the right idea. But you need some minor changes for maximum results. You just need to make some different food choices. For example you said that for breakfast you eat a yogurt cup and a banana. Although you'd imagine thats a very healthy choice. It actually isn't. For starters, Banana's are one of the worst fruits you could eat, it has many unfavourable carbs. Yogurt also contains a lot of carbs. So two high carbed foods in one meal isn't too good. However, you can make this meal favourable by adding (not taking away) things. However, I'd recommend subsitiuting that banana for another fruit. Either way, Since you have so many carbs, you need to balance it. You need to add protein and fat! *yes* FAT!! add some bacon (not the fake stuff) and there you have it. A well balanced meal! You don't have to have bacon though. When you read your food labels, just choose another food thats high in protein to go with your high carbs & fat is easy to find. Good Luck!
