Hey everyone, ive wanted to lose weight since like 5th grade but i never could do it Now im in 9th grade. But 2 weeks ago i found out that in one of my classes were going to a water park, and the guy i like is in the class with me and i dont want him to see me in a bathing suit now becuz i weigh 170lbs! but in the past 2 weeks ive lost 5 pounds, so if i keep it up i could be at least a reasonable size. yay. i excersize in my room at night because i dont like doing it in front of my parents. Any one got any suggestions? I already do pushups, situps, crunches, and jumping jack. thanks a lot, and good luck to everyone

first of all, uv gat to say to urself" i am gona do this and im not gonna give up!!" Pick a reasonable amont of exercist to do and give urself a goal of what to lose by what time and chart it out also keep a pic of wut u want to look like nearby.
breakfast: small fruitsalad
snack: small lowfat yogurt
lunch: sandwich wiht only a little dressing or low fat..also put tuna in your salad and veggies or eat a couple of slices of sandwich turkey
snack: sliced raw veggies or a rice cake
dinner: small serving or fich or lean meat, salad or ontheveggies
snack: cup of tea....as little or no honey

i lost the weight by just eating less and excersizing like 30 minutes aday

i hate excercizing in front of my parents too i try to do sit ups and push ups in my room to lose weight but that never works
