hey, i dunno, what is wrong wit me, im 5'2 167lbs and i thougt i was eating 2 much but now i have been thinking about it, i dont eat very much more than my 4 year old brother. im not doin it on purpose to lose weight, that is just how i eat. i know i shud be doing more excersise but i dont reeli know wat 2 du, i find aerobic excersise XTREMLY difficult and i definatly cant do it for much longer than 10mins. i would love to join a gym n use the machines but i cant bcoz they all say u have 2 b 16. does anyone know any low-impact excersise that i can do which will make me, lose weight, be fitter and more flexible???? also i find it hard 2 stick 2 a routine so does anyone have any tips on motivating myself aswell?
