Hey Ya'll! This is my diet plan for the next few months. Get up at 6 and have a bowl of cereal, 6 hours later have lunch at school w/ different things, 3 hours later when i get home eat a little snack like a yogurt, or an apple, or soemthing else, and then have a healthy dinner. Everyday I go on a 2-mile bike ride, and I do an hour and a hlaf of power tumbling every Tues. and Thrus, plus clean then house really good every day. Is that good? Any other advice would we well appreciated. Thanks! GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!

Hey your plan sounds great just one thing... I would add a snack like an apple, granola bar, or something inbetween breakfast and lunch b-cuz you should eat something every 3-4hours to keep your metabolism going ..gotta out wood in the fire.. but otherwise your plan sounds great.. good luck!
