ALRIGHT YALL! im finally in the 160's!!! even thou its only 169, its not 174 anymore~ and thank god for that. this is my diet plan, its less than 1000 calories a day and its filling and YUMMY! for breakfast i have a Slim Fast meal replacement bar, for lunch i have salad with ranch dressing and a turkey sandwich with white bread, for a snack after school i have a Slim Fast snack bar (PB crunch mmmm) and for supper i have a Lean Cusine or Healthy Choice frozen dinner. and if at some point im still hungry, i have a frozen yogurt bar. ITS FILLING AND ITS UNDER A THOUSAND CALS AND IT WORKS! good luck

I find it hard to believe thats filling, but then again i eat and absurd amounth of food and meals.

it may be yummy and filling but it's not good for your metabolism. under 1000 calories isn't a healthy thing to do for a good length of time. it's ok every now and again but not for a diet!
