Hey! ok well here lets start easy my mom and dad are about to get a divorce, my dad is getting surgury and my mom doesnt care about him anymore!! ok well thats only one problem i weigh 230 lbs and am 5'6 overweight and i have achne!!! well life is starting to get a lil better i guess but i am trying to fix these problems!! and i mean i know eat right exerscie but i can never stick to it!! i mean once over the summer i lost 6lbs n two days by drinking all this watter n eating sum food not much and exercising a lil too! but not much!! achne i have medicine for now and i just started it today so i hope it works!!!! but back to the diet thing!! i wanna look good for highschool weighing in @ about 130 MAX! i mean 115 would be awesome!!! but anyways a lot of my friends are skinny n stuff and all my friends like me for who i am !! and so i am doing it for me and my consience(spelling) !! so ya i mean can anyone help! i am gonna start new diet tommorow lots of water 50 curls 50 jumping jacks 10 squats and a 3mile walk video 5-7 times a week with a lil healthy food! i am gonna see how that goes till sunday and see how much i lose! anyopne wanna do it with me'?? also i heard sommin about a contest.. wanna start one?? Good luck, you can do it : ). You should try just eating low fat, it's workig really good for me. Remember to stay motivated and n track and also... you might have to be hard on yourself but you have to do this if you want to lose weight.... you can't be like o i can have just a little bit of that chocolate or a little bit of the cake... also don't reward yourself with food, try a new outfit or something. You can do it! good luck : )
