Hi all! Okay, I need to lose about 40-45 lbs by July. I know that sounds like a lot, cause it is a lot. I am thinking about doing this: Using the "Beauty Bootcamp Diet" By Diane Irons (Its supposed to help you lose up to 15 lbs in 2 weeks, and since I am on my way to 210, I think I might lose more than that but I am not getting my hopes up too much.) So I want to use that for 2 weeks, which will prolly result in a anywhere from 10-20lbs weight loss, then I am not sure exactly what I will use after that, because there is 20lbs, so I would need to lose 20 more pounds, I was thinking about fasting (only water) for a few days to a week or so...If n e one has n e suggestions post back...Thank you!

hello!! well just some advice! if you go a few weeks wiothout food and only drink water there r sum concequences!! you get lots of pimples!! you get dizy/light headed really easy! and when you go back to a proper diet again you will put on doulbe the weight you got off in the first place!! so im telling you thats a very bad idea!! ive tried it before.. and now.. lol dont even go there!! wbs! I don't think the fasting parts good. Itell slow your body down.

I think that diet plan seems like it will be good! It is healthy, so tell me how it goes. Are you going to exercise too ??

dont fast, ok if u dont eat then ur bodys gonna think ur like starving and start to slow down ur metabilism this usually makes u gain weight just eat healthy and ull do fine! GOOD LUCK
