Hey everyone. I am 14 years, 5'6" and i weigh 170. I am eating healthier and excersizing but nothing is happening. I don't want to turn into a person that just complains about their weight, I want to do something about it. Ive heard some stuff about a diet where you eat mostly fruit and drink only water or diet soda, and you lose a lot of weight. Does anyone know anything about this diet? thanks bunches and good luck to everyone

I looked up the negative calorie diet. It sound really healthy too, your suposed to eat most fruit and veggies. I don't know if it works or not, but it sounds really good.

i think you might be talking about the negative calorie diet where you eat mainly certain fruits and veggies that have very low calories and burn more calories digesting in your system then the amount of calories in them. you're supoposed to lose like 15 pounds in a week but i've never tried it...oh yeah- you can eat tuna too...
