Hey there.. I'm between 135-140lbs 5'5 so I'm at risk of being overweight [maybe I am overweight?] but I would love to lose 20lbs by March 13th but if I did that it would be unhealthy so my goal is by May 1 =) Please tell me how I could make my goal possible and a fast easy way to lose inches [if there is a way] Thx

I'm in the exact same boat as you i'm 5'6 and 140lbs!
i'm from the uk Scotland and people in the uk are lighter than the us no offence i am apparently 22lbs overweight or over average i'd love to lose weight with you. mail me at GreekGoddess16@msn.com

um- i really don't think you are at risk. don't rely on some of the ideal weight calculators because some are rediculous. you're at a good weight for your hieght- but if you're still not comfortable with it then the best way in my opinion to lose weight is through aerobic exersize(like taebo!) and a low calorie diet(1200-1500 daily). good luck! oh and drink a lot of water...
