hey everyone well im starting weight watchers tomorrow and i really need to know something.. okay i have been trying to lose weight and i am very active i run 4 miles aday.. okay i weight 145 and im 5'4 i want to weight 115 by may 1!! is taht right its like 30 pouunds can i do it like is it possbile? i want to weight 125 by april 1! tahts my goal. will someone well as many people commetn and tell me if i run 4 miles a day and stay on weight watchers strickly can i lose 20 pounds in like a 1 1/2 months..? please please comment. i realy need to know cause if not i might just go like on a fasting diet for like 2 months csaue i know that i can lose weight but i just really need to know if its posible to do that and lose 20 pounds by april 1.. so please coment.

you can do it but youre goingt o really have to push yourself. that's almost 3 poiunds a week. good luck. it is possible though...
