Hey im at 206 and i weigh in on wednesday i hope to go down- any tricks out there?

well-there aren't any real tricks to losing weight- it's just proper diet, hydration, and exersize. cut down on your sodium intake and you'll lose a lot of retained water. make sure that you get enough calcium(not just milk- things like broccoli have it too! and make sure it's low calorie!) because it helps your body burn fat. drink 8cups of water everyday(water- not soda- because soda has calories and even diet has way too much sodium and won't hydrate you) and add in another cup of water for every half hour of exersize. eat 1200-1500 calories a day, make sure you have 4-5 servings of veggies(high fiber- it will really help you!) and if you get a bad craving for something that you shouldn't eat, either have a tiny bite of it or drinking some tea with some splenda or other sugar substitute will help the craving subside. good luck! oh and make sure you do something fun and aerobic for a half hour a day like dancing really crazy to your favorite cds...
