ok you guys so heres my story: i have always been like 10 lbs overweight and never cared untill like two years ago. Every day i tell myself that i will not overeat, and every day i fail. So today i'm at 140 lbs. and 5'4. MY goal is 115-120 by March. Today so far i decided to take a new approach and exercise and become a vegetarian until im skinny. I am so lazy; i soodon't want to get on my treadmill so for today i'll just concentrate on sit ups and not over eating. GOOD LUCK @ ME i'll post again tomorrow if i don't overeat

Hey girl. I am a vegetarian and i kinda wanted to tell you that it wont make your weightloss any easier!!! it can a lot of times be harder. i became a vegetarian a year and a half ago but ive been trying to lose weight since forever! it hasnt helped me. but if u want to do, stick with it! its a great self goal and accomplishment. lots of luck to you -hill
