Hey, I am like 5'4 and weigh 170! I really want to lose weight because I believe being overweight is causing depression for me and I HATE SO PLEASE HELP ME...REPLY IF YOU HAVE ANY WAYS ON HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT AND KEEP IT OFF..I PLAY SOCCER AND I AM LIKE BECOMING SLOWER AND SLOWER BECAUSE OF THE WEIGHT PROBLEM. MY FRIENDS SAY I DON'T LOOK FAT BUT I KNOW I DO, I THINK THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME FEEL BETTER BUT ON THE INSIDE ITS NOT WORKING SO ...PLEASE HELP ME!!! I WORKOUT WITH MY GYM MEMBERSHIP BUT I STILL SEEM TO BE OVERWEIGHT I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO WEIGH SOMETHING LIKE 105 AND NOT 170 SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME. you can reply on this website and I will be checking in to read your reply!! Well first. 105 would be underweight. So... how about first setting your goal at 140 or 135. Those are in reasonable healthy weight. It's easier to look at a smaller goal and any change is good.
P.S.- It's really hard to get a friend to say you're fat. I hate being asked that question, so does everyone else...
P.P.S.- If you play soccer that's good. A lot of your weight may be muscle, and muscle is good...

I leart in health classes at school that if you eat celery it uses so many calories to break the celery down , digest it helps from putting on weight. all you need to do it eat healthy and get a good amount of exercise. ok write to me at roxy_chick33337@hotmail and I can help more good luck
