Hey yall. I know ive been coming here less and less, sorry! but i have to say, that looking over the message boards makes me really depressed because no one is asking questions or giving help. The only questions yall ask are, "Im so fat. HELP ME?" no one can help you unless you know what u want help for. ask, does this work or should i try this? and if ur going to post-let it be about weight-dont ask what everyones doin for Valentines day... and success posts are good too, BUT ONLY POST UR SUCCESS STORIES if ur prepared to revisit this site and post how you did it. PLEASE YALL-lets get this site back on track here. by the weight, ive been reading jay mcgraws "7 keys to weight freedom book. read it. peace

yes- that's how i'd like it to be too- but be careful- i mean with the whole commanding people how to be on this site- after all- you didn't make it.
