Hey guys...I'm going on the Atkins diet and eating low-carbs foods...and i know this lady that lost so much weight...in 2 weeks...just by eating low carbs...so i think im gonna do this....
BREAKFAST:Cereal-Water
Lunch-Tuna-Celery-Water
Dinner-(havent figuered it out yet)
SO what do ya guys think? is it good? And also for exercise Im gonna walk on my tredmil and do body flex...and thigh master. SO i hope i can do it..

cereal has way too many carbs in it. if you're going to do the low carb diet- then do it correctly...

I dno sounds pretty good I guess... but cereal has lotsa carbs...
