Ok I am kinda mad. Everybody that puts up things like I went down from 150 to 140 and they said they will post when they lose more well everybody is like well how did you do it. and then they don't respond on how they lost the weight. It really makes me mad because I am looking forward to losing weight that other people have lost and then they don't tell me how they did it. If you ahve lost any weight PLEASE respond because I am sick of being over weight and I ready to have a flat stomach. PLEASE RESPOND

well- i've lost 20 pounds but it's really no secret to losing weight. i still don't have a flat stomach either. i went from 170 to 149 and i did it by doing cardio exersize and low calorie diet and drinking plenty of tea and water and eating more veggies. it's nothing special- just plain hard work...

I lost 30 pounds gradually by just cutting out sweets and exercising... no big secret just the old fashioned way.
