I lost 2 pounds in three days!!!!!! Ive been eating 600 calories everyday and after 7 days of 600 calories ill eat a week of 1000 calories.... im soooo happy and proud of myself however im still fat as hell! Im down to 216 from 218 but my goal is 112 by september which would be PERFECT! Then I will buy myself a new wardrobe!

600 calories isn't enough, eat like 1500-- that's still really healthy and you get enough.
Eat lots of protein to keep you full
