well, i drink 3 24 oz bottles of water a day. I eat lots of fruit and I really honestly don't eat that much. I exersise every day( what I do is, 150 crunches, 50 sit ups,[for my cruches I do fifty for up and down, fifty for both sides], then I usually go running for about 20 mintues on our tred-mill). My birthdya is 2-28-04 and we are going to go swimming and I have a belly that I would like to shrink(also for my eight grade graduation) but I watn to shrink it adn I watn to beable to have my friends HOT brother notice me. make sure you're only eating 1200-1500 calories and eat a lot of fiber!

Uh... how much u weigh? I'm not sure what else you can do.. eat healthy and all that and just exercise a bit more I guess. Good luck
