so am i. you should run i do it every night the first week i lost 7lbs. keep going with all the other sports though it will help you keep it up.i eat this for lunch everyday because i am on the dr.phil diet
2tbsp italian dressing
a good amount of lettuce
handful of grilled chicken
(you can put tomatoes or carrots in there to)

Do sit ups, press ups, chins ups to tone your body
