hi, i'm new(ish) and i am on this diet which isn't working to well so i am really going to crack down. i was hopeing you guyz and gurls could give me some help there. i need to lose at least 65lbs by september. but it is really hard to do. snacks i know i don't need are hard to resist so i need some solutions, like things to do when i get my evil cravings in the afternoon!!! its really anoying! also it gets really cold outside and its hard to exercise, any suggestions? and dinner ideas! i really need help there, any ideas??? please, i really need to lose weight! its reasonable but i would like to lose as much as i can before the end of april or may(school sponsered beach party!!! ahhhhhhh) i really would appreciate it, thanks. ;) ~A*l*E*x*I*s~

you should drink water whenever you get a craving or brush your teeth these always help me.
