How much weight do you lose if you eat only salad (with dressing) and fruits for a week? And do u keep it off?

no you defintely won't keep it off!!! yikes. people think that if you cut your calories waaayy down low you'll lose weight fast--u will, but you'll gain it RIGHT BACK i promise you that. in the process you'll also permenately MESS UP YOUR METABOLISM! Then you'll gain even more weight back than b-fore! not good at ALL. I got a tip 4 u: aim to eat about 1,300 calories a day and exercise at least 4 times a week. you will see results if you work at it! good luck...

Hey you're tha same person as Lil!! Anyways, I don't know for sure but I read your other post with losin 10 pounds in a week... well I dno... if you find a way to lose it you'd better start changin your lifestyle and all that and your habits because once you lose 10 you should try to keep that weight or if you want... to lose more so just try real hard bcuz if you don't then it will come right back right away!
