hey i think if u have a craving u should eat some mint flavored gum...like orbit, double mint, etc. i dunno why but it always helps me, b/c i think my brain thinks its real food or somethin..and u can keep it in ur mouth for a really long time! and a good kind that doesnt lose its flavor is orbit!

your brain senses the chewing motion associated with food and the juices that you swallo help..this is why you may not seem as hungry when you chew gum.
