Hey y'all, I have hope in you!!! Everyone keep up the good work, in the mean time i really suggest getting dr. Phil's 14 day kick-start diet/calorie index book. It's really think, but 600 out of 700 pages are calories of foods. Some things didn't make since to me at first, but the 14 day kick start thing is really easy to follow. (i might have only been on it for one day, but i feel great!) lol. The book gives menus of the first 14 days, then the rest of the weight loss menu/outlines. A week worths of mantiance menus, and the outline for all of them so you can create your own menus. Its really cool. Also i totally agree with Hilary's earlier post, Get Jay Mcgraw's book too! Either or both are great. I wish everyone best of luck. ~~chelsea~~........off to doing my weight training. lol
