People always say eat healthy...but what is healthy. I always hear if u cut back you'll lose weight so what should i really stop eating other then JUNK FOOD! what else should i stay away from?

u have to eat some carbs to digest protein

oh- and things that are high in sodium aren't good for you. it makes you retain a lot of water. this includes diet soda...

well- you should look at the foods nutritional value. if it's not giving anything good or if the bad(high fat, high cal. certain types of fat) outweighs the good(high fiber, minerals, vitamins, protein) then don't eat it. a lot of things an average person eats we could really do without because although they don't necessarily spoil our diets they don't have anything really great for our body's in them...

You should stay away from carbs but if u have to have some stay under 20-30 grams a day and stay away from soda because of all the sugar and the carbonation because carbonation weakens the bone
