u want to lose weight? really! well here is a diet that works! really! it duz! eat for breakfeast cereal with low fat milk and a piece of fruit. for dinner and lunch have soup with no cream. my friend lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks! also..soup with low sodium. i have faith in you! and i am trying to lose as well. i admire how you guyz support each other and also, i wat to telll you sumthing to think before you eat think this "nothing taste as good as being thin" thatl help u before you go for the cookies! good luk

Where is the lunch? That diet will not work, its unhealthy and your eating nothing. Soup and cereal forever? Because thats what you will have to do if you want to keep the weight off ... as soon as you leave that diet your gonna gain sooo much weight back. And your not going to be healthy you may look thinner and better but do you really think thats more important then having healthy bones and immune system? Why not take some more time and make up a healthy balanced diet with meat and other types of substance instead of just liquids because thats no better then starving yourself.

I love that quote lol. I read it somewhere and it really helps keep me motivated a lot of the time when I don't feel like trying anymore. The reason it does is just because it's so true! The diet sounds pretty good, I'm on low carb right now, if this doesn't keep working for me I'm gonna try your diet plan thing. : )
