right now, i am surrounded by snow! I cant get out and run, or bike. and no1 is willing 2 help me with my crunches ( hold my feet down lol) so what can i do??? i need exercise!!!! also - can i go 2 a gym? i would feel so out of place and fat, tho.. help?

yeah- that's a great yoga position for more then just your abs too- it exersizes your arms and legs...

O ya I know those! They're really good, they're hard tho! You just lay down on your stomach and make sure your hands aren't like extended in front of you or anything, you have to be on your forearms. Your feet are extended behind you and then you bring your feet up so your on your toes and your forearms. It's called a plank, just try to keep your whole body in a nice long line, pretty down lo to the ground and contract your abs. It's a bit hard but it works. :)

i no a really good excercise for your abs and stuff that works alot better than situps or crunches..ok..its like push up position but you rest on like your fore arms...like the part from your elbow to your hand. and you just hold yourself up like that..sorry if thats confusing but if you do it right it will be hard to do it for more than even 15 seconds
