well tomorw im starting weightwatchers.. and running 4 miles a day.. i weight 143 and im 5'4 i want to lose 28 pounds so than ill be like 110-115. by april 1. please comment and tell me if that realilistc or like if i can do it.. please comment. PLEASE

You are really going to run four miles a day. I think that sounds a little much don't you think. I mean you have school, homework, and then you are going to go out and run four miles. It's realistic that you can be down to whatever weight you want by April first but I think four miles a day you might get sick of. NOw you might run that everyday because you are used to it. maybe you are in track. I was track manager adn we didn't even run that much in one day. BUT like I said do what ever you want for yourself. Keep believing in what you want to do adn it is possible.
