Well, people say that they have went from like 200 down to 120 or what ever but HOW DID YOU DO IT. I wish I could find out something that I like but I have pretty much tried everything that people have told me to do. Everybody says excersise more. Well I'm thinking I do enough. People say only eat when you are hungry and I do. I just wish it would work. My eight grade graduation is June fifth and I want to look pretty. But I have a belly and with my tight dress that I want to wear I am going to look stupid. I don't even know why I bought that dress because I know I am going to look dumb so I pretty much just wasted my money. But if any body has anything that can help me PLEASE HELP. I want as many people that can respond, respond. Please help me.

you might be consuming too many calories or not giving your diets enough time to work. be patient. only have 1200-1500 calories a day and find a good workout that you like and do it everyday!

well if you're doing enought exercise i would just cut down on what u are eating and try to eat things that are more healthy. try cutting your porportions in half. i wouldn't go with pills. oh and don't worry about graduation. i had the same problem and everything went great. good luck!

maybe u should tell ur doc this u mite have a problem and he mite give u pills
