But i want to look and feel sexy. If I do Taebo Advanced (an hour long) 2 or 3 times a day do u think I can make it to a size 11 by that time? I know I should eat but right now I hav no appetite. When I do eat I am only eating salads fruits and veggies

you'll hurt your body if you do that much taebo! you should just do it once a day- sometimes twoce a day but that's a lot of taebo and you won't have enough time in between the workouts for your body to heal!

unless you have already been doing the tae-bo, i would say start off with once a day. Then add weight training before you start doing tae-bo twice aday, which sounds a lil extreme. Also, gurl you need to eat protein! It'll give you energy and help you build muscle. Since you said you have no appetite, then eat a small meal, piece of fruit, said, PROTIEN(lol), every 4 or so hours to keep ur motabolism up. I hope that helps.

I think if you work out that much you will just overwork your muscles and maybe even get hurt and then you wouldnt be able to work out at all, and if you dont eat enough then you wont lose the weight either your body could just hold on to the fat to survive, you should try work out once a day if its for an hour, and make sure you are eating at least 1200 calories a day. good luck though, and if your boyfriend is cheating on you and making you feel bad then he definetly isnt good enough for you, everyone deserves someone who will be faithfull to them.
