My boyfriend goes to college in VA and I live in NY. He cheated on me with his ex girlfriend twice. I am going crazy. I love him and he says he is sorry. He is coming home (NY) March 5. My b-day is March 14. I want to drop 2 sizes by my birthday FOR MYSELF

that's horrible what he did to you. he obviously doesn't love you as much as he claims or he wouldn't have cheated on you because he would have wanted you and no one else. i hate cheaters in relationships i always cry(or come damn well close to it) when i see that in a movie(which is a lot!. but it's your choice. all i can do for you now really is to give you the advice that's helping me. so far i've lost 20 pounds (28 actually but i had to lose some weight that i gained back- anyways- i'm 20 pounds less then when i started) i've been eating a lot more veggies and high fiber foods. i eat the low carb bread because it has more fiber and less calories even though i'm not on that diet. i eat around 4 300 calorie meals a day or sometimes 2 300 calorie meals and 1 600 calorie meal. but usually i have 1200 calories a day. i try to do some form of exersize for 30-45 minutes a day but it usually turns out to be more like everyother day. i suggest taebo strongly- it's a really great all over body workout that burns mundo calories. lol. i lose 2 pounds a week usually although thois week i lost 3 pounds because i've been really great. i also have a day where i can eat what i want for a break. good luck!

NO dont go back with him come on your 15 there is millions of other guys out there! Guys are such horney basterds so be strong and just say no you wont go out with him!
