I am just getting started with my weight loss. It can be so hard sometimes, with all the junk and stuff that's in my house! Anyone have any suggestions that may help me? Thanks so much!

when i couldn't stay away from sweets i would buy a candy bar and only eat 1/3-1/2 of it. then i would put it in a drawer and see how many days i could resist it- but since i was eating it eventually little- by little, i didn't feel like i was hopeless and could never have it again. it's a good exersize for your will power...good luck!

Have a nutrigran bar or kellogs snack bar they taste great and they dont have a lot of calories.... or you can buy fat free pringles which have 70 calories per 15 that you eat... and if you getthose night time cravings go to sleep (lol thtas what i do) also once a week let yourself have a tiny piece of something that you love... or even go out to mcdonalds once a month.... oh and I get really bad cravings when Im watching tv so I get like 5 fruits and eat them while im watching tv... dont feel bad if you overeat on fruits bc hey its beeter then eating like two bags of chips!

you could try putting all the junk food in the same place and reminding yourself it is off limits for the most part (you shouldnt deny all of your cravings all the time, having a cookie or some chips once in a while is ok, sometimes), try putting them all on the same shelf in the pantry, or even in a different cupboard. thats what I did before, and nobody even noticed that the stuff got moved.
