Hi me again so you say that 8 8oz is enough I'm just checking because I'm real big 280lbs yuck so I wanted to know if I have to do more or something.
What is Water Weight???? What are negative foods????These are some things I don't understand PLEASE WRITE BACK IF YOU KNOW THE ANSWERS

uh- joanna- i bet you eat a lot of the negative calorie foods. they are not disgusting unless you eat basically no citrus fruits, apples, or basically any common veggie. you should learn some fact before you dis a diet- i know that i always do unless it's very unhealthy and this diet isn't unhealthy- you can even eat mean(well, tuna anyways....) so please- for everyone's brains sake- please learn the facts or e;se someone might get the wrong facts from you and that would suck for them. but your opinions are your opinions and i repect the fact that you don't like celery but it would do you some good just to have the information that it's not just celery on that diet!

Hey Muylais. Um Joanna is only half rightt there. negative calorie foods are foods that take more calories to burn than there are actually in the food. For exampl, if u eat choc cake and it has 350 cal and it takes 150 cal to digest-u get a net gain of 250 cal. But lets say you have an apple which is like 100 cal and it takes 150 cal to digest it. than u have a negative callorie of 50. its not all disgusting foods (by the way joanna, some ppl LIKE celery). its just a lot of fruits and veggies. um...water weight is just at the beginning of a diet when u drink a lot of water u mite gain 1-2 lbs. but it comes off again, dont worry. i hope i have helped you. Okay well dont worry about water weight, but drink alot of water, but remeber not to drink any juices or sodas... however try drinking 1 percent chocolate milk once a day or orange juice because you need vitamins BUT only one glass and negative foods are discusting stuff like celery... YOU DONT HAVE TO EAT DISCUSTING FOOD OR STARVE YOURSELF TO LOOSE WEIGHT! so good luck!
