I think Im gonna die! Today is my birthday and this other girls also... and everyone brought in cookies and brownies and all this crap! I hope I make it today!

We held a girl's 16th birthday party at my house and we were going to order pizza but then we decided to go get Subway instead. Perfect for me! I think my stomach is shrinking or something because yesterday all I ate was a bowl of yogurt with vector in it for breakfast and then a 6" sub for dinner. And I had 4 Hershey bites in between because you can't totally deprive yourself. Try as hard as you can not to eat the temptations. Make up an excuse that you cant eat the food. Yesterday was perfect my jaw popped out of place and the cake was a rice krispie cake so I couldnt chew it. And everyone was very sympathetic. But good luck!
