Make sure you have 3 or at least 2 balanced meals. eating when you just feel hungry mite not be the best idea. u wanna cut back the calories, but not at the expense of your health. Good Luck
p.s. dont forget your water(if u dont like it, try FRUIT2O, its flavored water and is really good)
