Okay if you find yourself stuffing your face with junk food its because when you start your diet your like "okay no more junk food" HOWEVER... allow yourself ateast one snack a day for example some fat free pringles which are VERY good or a kellogs snack bar or a nutrigran bar or even a little piece of chocolate if your dying lol... it really help bc if you are depriving your self for an extended period of time youlll see that "junk food" and attack it!

I always find a way to eat junk food. But I never over do it. one or two peice of chocolate. There are some diet that are graet for some people and some that are not. The diet that you choose is up to you. You also have to exercise for about 30mintues to 1hour. And if you can go to a gym that better, because there is one way to lose more weight.
