Well I haven't posted in a while, but I messed up so much last night it wasn't funny. I donno exactally how many calories i consumed but it prob was more than 2,000. :( What should i do to make it so i don't gain anything from that lil exursion. lol. Also how can i ensure that i won't do that again. (the prob was that i had already gone out for lunch, which i planned on. Then my fam unexpectedly went out for dinner at a buffet too. After that i felt i had gone off my diet so much that it just didn't matter anymore, so i got into even more not diet friendly food)Plaese help me. thanks a lot. ~~chelsea~~

you should add more to your exersizeing today. and another thing is that the amount you go cheat does matter. if you cheated a little then say- oh well- i'm not perfect- but don't say- oh well i can just eat whatever i want now because i already cheated. you should get right back on track the second after you cheat. good luck! i know it's difficult but it's just something you'll have to do if you want to suceed in weight loss!
