hey yall. im back lol. ok tomorrow, wednesday the 28th of january, i am starting the negative calorie diet(which is just a fancy name for a diet consisting of eating fruits n veggies nonstop for 5 days). it says you should lose about 10 lbs in 5 days, but i know this is unrealistic so Ill be satisfied with even 1-2 lbs lost. get this, my mom and i made a deal that if i lose 20 lbs and have good grades-me and my best friend can go get our belly buttons pierced. how wild is that? good motivation huh? haha. yeah, its just the losing weight part now...i can do it though. im determined seriously. so tomorrow its all fruits n veggies n water n excercise for me and on sunday, ill let yall know how ive done. oh ok! good luck! i acctually eat a lot of those foods and don't count them as any calories in my low calorie diet- it really helps- i should actually eat more...

anne is right here joanna. it is definetly not starving yourself. im having all good, dark veggies and fruits and waters. and maybe u dont like fruit, but i do and this works for me...and i am gettin real. i didnt say i want to lose 10 in 5 days, id be just as pleased with 1-2. so this works for me and im sure your kellogs kickstart diet works for you (uve been advertising it enuf! im beginning to think you work for them) .....

it's not starving yourself- it's eating certain foods that take up more calories to digest then there are in the food themselves. and if what you mean is by "cellery and crap" is veggetables- yes it has a lot of veggies in the diet but it's not starvation. you're actually supposed to try and eat more(of course not eat until you're uncomfortable, but with that diet the more you eat since they burn more calories digesting then theoretically you'll lose more...

Negative calorie diet? isnt that like celery and crap? Im sry but I dont know many people who like celery so get realistic and aim for two pounds a week whichc makes a total of 10 pounds a month and if you continue then that would be 40 by summer! So dont go on these starving yourself- discusting food diet but all you need is to eat healthy and excersize...

you do realize it's just not every fruit and veggie? there are certain ones you eat and also you can eat tunafish...good luck!
