Is 8 8oz waters enough? everyone keeps saying to do 8 of 8 but I don't know that's like two of my water bottles full are you sure it will help me to lose weight?If I drink more will it help or hurt me in loosing weight? What is more important to focus on losing the pounds in numbers or toning the body and making some definition or muscles I will focus on one and do the other too but what should be the main thing the diet or the exercise?

8 8 0z of plenty, its EIGHT bottles full (most bottles are 8 ounces)

What Im doing now is focusing on loosing weight and I'll deal with toning later... but I figure that if Im loosing weight and excersizing I should be getting toned... I do spring and winter track and after the seasons are over my legs look sooo much better
