anyone hear try the South Beachc Diet.. i hear it works really well
Reply from Joanna, Age 16 - 01/27/04 - IP#: 205.188.209.xxx Well my friends mom put her whole family on the south beach diet (my friend is actually skinny) and she said she is starving and the food is discusting... try the kellogs kickstart diet im on it right now and its working go on www.kellogs.co.uk lol im like a walking advertisment for it... and plus all I eat is carbs, veggies, and fruit but im still loosing weight!
