I heard if you drink 16 16oz waters a day you loose weight no matter what you eat is this healthy, true, and do you have to exercise when you do it i found out about it from a past post on here write me back

Well... I was having a lot of trouble losing weight even though I was eating great and exercising but then I drank 8, 8oz glasses a day and I lost 2.5 pounds in like 3 days. 8 8oz glasses of water is not that much but it helped me lots you should try it!

you would only be losing water weight and maybe some muscle weight- but not fat by just drinking water...

16 16 oz. glasses of water in 1 DAY? that's 16lbs. of water. unless you get overhydrated, youd definitely lose weight because you wouldnt have time to eat!

There is such thing as overhydration. Plus youd be peeing every minute- not idealistic esp if you go to school.
