Hey, I think that I am heavy, not fat but heavy. Also I'm an athlete and I'm in basketball and its just hard for me to keep up and softball will be starting soon. I need a way to loose 20 pounds not exactly really quickly, but very effectivly. If anyone can help please do. Thanks

well- you already exersize so that's good. you should only drink water and cut your calories down between 1200-1500 a day and maybe add some weight lifting. good luck- try to be consistant and it's important that you break any bad eating habits while you're losing weight so you don't gain it back when you're done. good luck!
