I seem NOT to be loosing weight... I try ansd try but npothing is working... I tried starving but that didn't work and excersizing n stuff and eatin all healthy food butTHAT didn't work wghat am I gonna do I wanna loose 3 stone

you have lost your mind you can be fat all you want and talk about how no kind of diet works but if you dont got determination you aint got nothin if you really want to loose weight just try and stop sneaking in food and really get out and excercise and I dont say it to be mean but its just the truth and another thing be more confident people beat you up enough about that sort of thing from now on call yourself the best and most beutifulist girl in da hood

hey, i have the same problem! it is easyist to do what i am doing. get up early and have a travle size box of cereal 3 eggs and a glass of tang that sould hold until 12:00 or so!try to stay relaxed about it! try to always stay calm! now all you got to do is pick a sport or exersize that you like. once you do that try to do that sport every day.
one thing you have to do .....eat what you want for lunch! just not to much. for dinner eat off of a sauser sise plate. dont go back for seconds!
after dinner go to a quiet place and write what you ate and if you think you ate to much try different size porstions.
dont get discoraged!!!

don't cheat yourself at all and stick with one diet and exersize routine. stay with it and it will work- but you really can't cheat yourself. make sure you are eating less calories then you burn in a day...

3 stones a lot... If I were u i wouldn't expect to lose so much weight at once, try a smaller goal using different diets and when u reach that goal set another goal until u reach ur desired weight.
